Product care

Tanned leather is a natural material that "still works" even after the creation of "the poppet". Due to the pores it breathes, absorbs moisture, dirt, dust or grease. After the creation, the leather is elastic, solid and keeps its shapes well. However, when it is exposed to high humidity or overloading, it tends to deform. Therefore, impregnate it regularly with special preparations intended for leather such as our leather balm. To prevent the leather from drying out and breaking, use only care products for leather haberdashery containing waxes or oils, not preparations intended for shoes. 

For cleaning the leather, use a special cleaning foam. Wet baby wipes or a soft brush and bile soap can be used to clean the lining. Repeat the cleaning process if necessary. Be careful not to soak the leather. Dry the lining with a paper towel and let "the poppet" dry freely in the air, but never on heating or in direct sunlight. You can lubricate the zipper with beeswax. If you do not use the "poppet" for a long time, stuff it with a stuffing material and store it in the provided dust bag.

Word in conclusion

We consider it important to mention that we use the finest leathers from the Czech Republic and Italy, and all come from livestock. Therefore, the skins were never the primary raw material for which the animals were slaughtered. In addition, pure geometric cuts prevent the waste of leathers and reduce waste in general. Please also note that minor irregularities in the structure or coloring of the leathers are not a defect but a hallmark of a natural material.
